Lightpainting is one of the cool activities in photography that doesn’t require many skills and still produces fantastic pictures. It’s all about playing with light and pyrotechnic effects to the great astonishement of bystanders who then come over looking curiosly at the camera’s LCD. It can be practiced anywhere and it is definitely fun for all participants.
Of course, it’s up to the photographer to get into improvements over time, fine tuning exposure, diaphragm and timing to get the best results. But it’s nevertheless fun from the first pic on.
